30 Days Returns Warranty
Customers can contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at Mills.firstname.lastname@example.org.
How To Reach Us
Please contact us at Mills.email@example.com and include the order ID number, reason for return, item description and a photo of the item(s). After our customer service team has assessed your claim, we will contact you to register the item for return. Items not registered for return will not be accepted.
For returns / exchanges that meet the following conditions, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense:
The product has any manufacturing or quality defects;
The product has been damaged in the course of shipment;
The color, design model and materials of product are not consistent with the description on inchiusae;
The product is not marked as “Final Sale” or as non-returnable;
This solution is only for when we are responsible for the issue.
Incorrect order (size of item)
If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also allow a return. In the case of an exchange, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse). If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price. Any and all shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the customer decides that they no longer want the item or simply wants to exchange the item, they can report this to us within 3 days of receiving the product for a partial refund of the product cost. All return shipping fees are at the customer’s own expense.
Please make sure that the item is in a condition that it can be sold again and that the original package is intact. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached. Used, modified or assembled items will not be accepted for returns.
Once a refund has been agreed to in writing, the refund will be processed within 4-7 business days upon confirmed receipt of the returned products. The amount will be refunded to the original form of payment. After this time, the refund time-frame is as below:
Paypal account refunds: Up to 48 hours
Credit card refunds: Between 7-14 business days
